Membership Application
Any person desirous of becoming a member of the Association or wishing to renew a membership that has been terminated shall submit an application to the Association in the prescribed form.

Renewal
For renewal of membership, this application shall be accompanied by the annual subscription and any outstanding sum that should have been paid if such membership has not lapsed and terminated.
